The following is an open letter updating the TRU community on the Internal Campaign, an initiative that raises money for students awards and bursaries. See below for the eight employees who agreed to put their faces and words forward for this year’s campaign.
Dear TRU Community;
We are pleased to announce the results of this year’s Internal Campaign. We now have 417 employees giving a total of $82,380 to student awards through payroll donations, payroll lottery and one time donations! Several new Department awards and endowments have been created as a result of the campaign, kudos to all!
These are fantastic results and we want to thank everyone who contributed to make the campaign a success. A special thanks goes out to all our volunteer Department champions who worked hard to create awareness about the campaign in their departments.
